1. KFCSA Membership Application
Killiefans.com provides users with the opportunity to join the Kilmarnock FC
Supporters' Association through the submission of an online form. On the submission of
this form, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete
information about yourself as prompted by the application form.
In addition to this
you understand and agree that the form is being not being submitted through a secure connection, therefore enabling the
possibility of outside parties accessing the personal information you have
submitted, and that killiefans.com and the KFCSA assume no responsibility for the
accessing of personal information submitted by online form, by other
parties.
2. KFCSA Mailing List subscription
Killiefans.com provides users with the opportunity to join the KFCSA mailing
list through the submission of your name and e-mail address. On the submission of
your this information, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current
details referring to yourself. You also understand and agree
that the mailing list is provided "AS-IS" and that killiefans.com and the KFCSA
assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery,
failed-delivery, or failure to store of any user communications.
3. KFCSA Guestbook
Killiefans.com
provides users with the opportunity to "sign" our guestbook and leave any
comments that you have about the website. On signing the guestbook,
you understand and agree that the name and e-mail address you provide are true, accurate,
current and belong to yourself. You also agree that if
you disclose your e-mail address to the public, killiefans.com and the KFCSA assume no
responsibility for it's misuse by other users of this site.
